Statly vs Bloomboard

Statly vs Bloomboard: what actually ships today

Bloomboard, as it exists today, tracks UGC creator accounts on TikTok and Instagram, synced every six hours, with account and refresh caps by tier. Statly scans Instagram, TikTok and X on demand, with no account cap and deeper metrics. Bloomboard's CRM and payouts are still marked Coming Soon.

The one-line difference

Statly vs Bloomboard, in a sentence

Bloomboard's live product is an analytics dashboard for tracking UGC creator accounts on TikTok and Instagram, with account and refresh limits by tier. Statly scans Instagram, TikTok and X on demand, with no cap on tracked accounts and metrics built to tell you why a post worked.

The CRM and automated payouts on Bloomboard's homepage are both labelled Coming Soon, with no ship date. On what is live today, Statly leads on account limits, refresh access, platform coverage and analytics depth.

What's live

What's actually live on Bloomboard today?

Three features, as of this writing: Track All Your Creators (a synced list of accounts with impressions, engagement and posting activity), Campaign Analytics (grouping creators into collections to compare campaign performance) and Post-Level Analytics (views, likes, comments, shares, bookmarks and an engagement trend per post). That is a real, working product for monitoring a UGC roster.

It is not a trend-discovery tool, and it does not claim to be. Bloomboard's own FAQ frames it around tracking creators you already work with, not surfacing new breakout content across a niche. Statly does both jobs: audit any single account in seconds, or save the ones you check often to a Watchlist and re-scan them for fresh ideas in one click.

Limits

How do Bloomboard's account and refresh caps work?

This is where the pricing looks generous until you read the fine print. The Free plan tracks 3 accounts with a single on-demand refresh per month. Pro, at €29.99/mo and flagged “Most Popular,” caps you at 10 tracked accounts and 10 on-demand refreshes a month. Unlimited accounts exist only on the €59.99/mo tier, and even there, on-demand refreshes are capped at 100 a month. Everything outside those manual refreshes runs on a 6-hour sync cycle.

Statly Pro, at €39/mo, has no account cap and no refresh cap. You scan on demand, as often as you want, and it happens instantly, not queued behind a sync window or a monthly allowance.

Seats

Which gives you more team seats for the money?

Comparing entry paid plans, Bloomboard's €29.99/mo Pro gives you exactly 3 team seats. Unlimited seats arrive only on the €59.99/mo Unlimited plan, double the price. Statly includes view-only team seats on its €39/mo paid plan, with no second, pricier tier required just to stop counting collaborators.

Platforms and depth

Which covers more platforms, and which explains why a post worked?

Bloomboard supports TikTok and Instagram only, with no roadmap mention of adding more. Statly covers Instagram, TikTok and X today, with YouTube, Reddit and LinkedIn in active development.

On depth, Bloomboard's Post-Level Analytics shows views, likes, comments, shares, bookmarks and an engagement trend, a solid baseline. What it does not do is tell you whether a video's numbers are a genuine breakout worth studying or just an average post on a growing account. Statly's engagement rate, VTFR, breakout rate and posting-pattern analysis were built for exactly that call. It is the difference between “this post did well” and “this post did well because of X, and here is what is repeatable about it.” Bloomboard also has no Compare dashboard for two creators side by side, and no Merge view for combining accounts. Statly has both.

The roadmap

Should you choose Bloomboard for its Coming Soon CRM and payouts?

Bloomboard's homepage lists two upcoming additions: a CRM for creator relationships (linking accounts to a creator, storing deal terms, tracking invoices) and automated payouts (generating invoices and processing payments off tracked performance). Both are genuinely useful ideas, arguably the most differentiated part of the pitch. They are also, as of this writing, not built, with no public timeline on either.

If CRM-and-payouts is your deciding factor, you are not really comparing Bloomboard to Statly today. You are pre-ordering a product that does not exist yet, on a roadmap with no date. That is worth knowing before you commit to a yearly plan.

Scorecard

Where does each tool win today?

Where Statly wins today:

  • No account or refresh caps: unlimited tracked accounts and unlimited on-demand scans on Pro.
  • Deeper metrics: engagement rate, VTFR, breakout rate and posting patterns, not just a count per post.
  • Dedicated trend discovery with Trend Finder, plus Compare and Merge dashboards Bloomboard has at no price.
  • Team seats included at the entry paid tier, instead of double the price for unlimited seats.
  • Three platforms today and more in development, versus two with no stated roadmap.
  • Instant data, not a 6-hour sync plus a capped monthly refresh, and no account needed for the free tier.

Where Bloomboard wins today:

  • Campaign and Collections grouping: if you run UGC campaigns and want creators grouped by campaign, Bloomboard has a purpose-built view for it. Statly does not group accounts by campaign.
  • A lower nominal entry price: €29.99/mo beats Statly's €39/mo if you only need 10 accounts and do not need X coverage, deeper metrics or more than 3 seats.
Recommendation

Who should choose Statly?

Choose Statly if you:

  • Want unlimited tracked accounts and unlimited scans, with no monthly refresh cap.
  • Want metrics that explain why something performed, not just what it did.
  • Need Compare and Merge views, or a dedicated Trend Finder for niche-wide discovery.
  • Want more than 3 team seats without jumping to a €59.99/mo plan.
  • Need X coverage today, or want a tool actively adding new platforms.
Recommendation

Who should choose Bloomboard?

Choose Bloomboard if you:

  • Only need TikTok and Instagram, and only track a handful of accounts.
  • Want creators grouped into campaigns or collections specifically.
  • Are comfortable with capped monthly refreshes and a 6-hour sync cycle.
  • Are genuinely willing to wait, with no committed date, for CRM and payout automation, and want to be an early user when it ships.
Value

Statly vs Bloomboard: which is better value?

On paper, Bloomboard's €29.99/mo entry beats Statly's €39/mo. In practice, that €29.99 buys 10 accounts, 3 seats and 10 refreshes a month, on 2 platforms, with baseline post-level metrics. To remove the account and seat caps you pay €59.99/mo, about 54% more than Statly, and refreshes are still capped at 100 a month.

Statly's €39/mo removes every cap at once: unlimited accounts, unlimited scans, view-only seats included, deeper metrics and a Trend Finder Bloomboard has no equivalent for. Priced on what is actually unlocked rather than the number on the homepage, Statly is the better value at every tier Bloomboard offers.

Objections, answered honestly

Statly vs Bloomboard: FAQ

Is Statly better than Bloomboard?

On live features, yes: unlimited tracked accounts, unlimited on-demand scans, deeper metrics like engagement rate, VTFR and breakout rate, and Compare, Merge and Trend Finder dashboards Bloomboard does not have. Bloomboard's potential CRM and payout edge is not live yet.

Does Bloomboard have a CRM or payment automation right now?

No. Both are listed under Coming Soon with no public launch date. What is live today is account tracking, campaign and collections grouping, and post-level analytics.

Is Statly cheaper than Bloomboard?

It depends what you need. Bloomboard's Free and Pro (€29.99/mo) tiers are nominally cheaper but cap accounts, seats and refreshes. To match Statly's unlimited accounts and seats, Bloomboard rises to €59.99/mo, more than Statly's €39/mo.

How many team seats does Bloomboard include?

One on Free, 3 on Pro (€29.99/mo), unlimited only on the €59.99/mo plan. Statly includes view-only team seats on its €39/mo paid plan.

Which platforms does each tool support?

Bloomboard: TikTok and Instagram only, with no stated plans to expand. Statly: Instagram, TikTok and X today, with more platforms in active development.

Can Statly replace Bloomboard?

For account and post analytics, yes, with more depth and no caps. For campaign and collections grouping specifically, Bloomboard has a dedicated view Statly does not replicate exactly. For CRM and payouts, neither tool has that live, and Bloomboard says it is coming.

Should I wait for Bloomboard's CRM and payout features?

That is your call, but there is no committed timeline for either. If you need account tracking and content analytics now, it makes more sense to pick the tool that already does that well than to pay for a roadmap.
