Statly's Pro plan is €39/month for unlimited scans, unlimited tracked accounts and every dashboard, Audit, Compare, Merge, Watchlist and Trend Finder, plus API access and view-only team seats. There is no tier-jump to get more out of Statly; €39 already gets you everything.

That gap only closes if you specifically need what Shortimize's higher tiers add: more seats, faster refresh, or creator payment automation.

Statly scans on demand: you click, it reads the account's current public data right then. Shortimize's entry plan refreshes once every 24 hours by default. Want it faster? 1-hour and 4-hour refresh rates exist, but they are paid add-ons on top of the $99 or $249 base. If you are trying to catch a video while it is still breaking out, a same-day refresh cycle is a real handicap, and Shortimize prices the fix separately.

This is the one place Shortimize is genuinely ahead, and we will not spin it otherwise. It tracks TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Snapchat and X in one dashboard. Statly covers Instagram, TikTok and X, with YouTube, Reddit and LinkedIn coming. If your strategy spans Facebook and Snapchat alongside short-form video, Shortimize covers ground Statly does not yet.

Shortimize is a tracking tool: enter a URL, watch the numbers update, views, likes, comments, growth over time. It has no dedicated Compare dashboard for two creators side by side, no Merge view for combining accounts into one weighted picture, and no purpose-built Trend Finder for surfacing breakouts across a niche. Independent reviewers note it handles accounts you already know well, but does not help you discover trending content beyond that.

Statly goes further on the metrics themselves. Alongside raw performance numbers you get engagement rate, VTFR, breakout rate and posting-time patterns, the data that tells you why a video worked, not just that it beat its own average, across five dashboards built around discovery. If you run influencer or UGC campaigns and need to pay creators based on tracked performance, Shortimize has automated creator payments built in. Statly does not do payments at all; it is a research and analytics tool, not a creator marketplace or payment platform. If payouts are part of your workflow, that is a legitimate reason to look at Shortimize, and it is the one advantage that is not going away, because Statly is not building a payments product.
