Overview

What is Statly's Audit dashboard?

An Instagram audit is a structured review of an account's recent performance, how its Reels are really doing, not just the follower count. Statly's Audit dashboard runs that review automatically on any public profile.

You choose the scan depth by Reel count or date (up to 300 Reels or 180 days), and Statly reads the publicly visible engagement data and calculates everything locally in your browser. The result is three tabs, Reels, KPIs and Charts, covering views, engagement, posting cadence, breakout Reels and executive metrics like View-to-Follower Ratio.

FAQ

Audit questions & answers

What is an Instagram audit?

An Instagram audit is a structured review of how an account is really performing, its Reels' views, engagement, posting cadence and standout posts, rather than just its follower count. Statly's Audit dashboard runs this automatically on any public profile and returns 40+ metrics in seconds.

How many Reels can Statly audit at once?

Statly audits up to the last 300 Reels or 180 days per profile, whichever limit you set. On the free plan you can audit the last 30 Reels, three times a day.

Do I need to log in or connect the Meta API to audit a profile?

No. Statly never asks for your Instagram password and doesn't use the Meta API. It reads the public engagement data Instagram already shows on the page and calculates everything locally in your browser.

Can I audit any Instagram account or only my own?

You can audit any public Instagram profile, including competitors'. Private accounts aren't accessible because their data isn't public.

What metrics does the Audit dashboard calculate?

Basic stats (average and median views, likes, comments and engagement rate) plus executive KPIs unique to Statly: View-to-Follower Ratio, Breakout Performance Rate, Duration Payoff, Engagement Stability Index, Reach Consistency Index and Baseline Reliability Ratio.

Is the Audit dashboard free?

Yes. The full Audit dashboard, its charts, the library and exports are available for free, with a limit of three scans a day on the last 30 Reels. Pro removes the limits and unlocks deeper scan ranges.
